Your plan rewrites itself from your own data.
david is a workout app for iPhone and Android. You log your workouts. Each day it reads last night's sleep and recovery from your wearable, looks at what you actually lifted, and proposes one change to today's session. You accept or decline.
How it works
- Answer six questions and get a starting plan built from a fixed exercise library.
- Log sets, reps and weight, and tap how each set felt.
- Every proposal shows what today was, what it would become, and why.
- The app never changes your plan silently. Every change is your call.
What it is not
david is not a medical service. It describes what it observed and what it proposes. It never names a condition, suggests a cause, or recommends a treatment. If you report pain with certain warning signs, the app tells you to see a clinician rather than adjusting your plan.
david is in a private pilot with a small group of invited testers. It is not yet available to the public.
